I think pumpfun is still massively underrated even though everyone's been talking about them for months

they have the best execution in crypto

execution in what way? crypto != memecoins

social features like threads + discovery, inventing the bonding curve --> LP mechanism, livestreaming, easy mobile flows, steady cadence of shipping/updates

many memecoin launchers have come and gone, pumpfun has stayed at the top

also early key insight that coins are a form of social/content in and of themselves

the other special thing is that pumpfun has no real moat wrt token launching, no network effects or anything like that to lock in users. if a better product came out, end users (esp its highly mercenary userbase) could just use that instead with no downsides. 

so the fact that no real competitor has emerged makes it an even more impressive outcome

yea exactly. every day there's a pump competitor launching but they are 10 steps ahead of everyone else
