What's something you find confusing about Farcaster or Warpcast?

– Overall wording: farcaster is close to Warpcast, etc.
– Having private casts or DMs on mobile but not in browser
– Switching between channels is different on mobile and desktop
– Character count just gets displayed towards the limit 👀

4. When I type my answer on desktop, the character count UI pops up when I get towards the limit. On mobile, there is always a pie chart but no character count (24 left …) …

1. Why is the casting in a modal and not directly in the flow?
2. Why is canceling without opt-in, like, are you sure you want to discard the cast? Or at least, if no opt-in pattern is liked here, keep the state of the reply in the casting text area. So if I cancel by accident, I don't loose my writing 😊

I'd rather combine this pattern and always show both. In addition, the pie chart starts at 3:00 and not 00:00, which would be the appropriate mental model. What also just comes to mind while thinking about the UX:

Ok, then I've never reached the limit on mobile. But I'd anyway harmonize this pattern on both devices  :)
