🙀 🙀 🙀  I can't decide whether or not I hope the maldita boa gets out of the way. On one hand, it's probably good if he dies. But on another, he's kinda cute. And also, I think he'd win against the bus, anyway 🤔  I am so conflicted

Oh i am definitely with the snake! I could say so much! This was for my first serious invitation to exhibit in Peru for a comics related illustration group show. Maldita boa is a cliché expression of the jungle of Peru, and i made this with my impressions of the jungle i had so idealized all my life, that is often a dark no man’s land of contamination and exploitation.. if you see the truck is full of workers taken probably to some illegal mining city, military is there too running some business and there is concrete slabs signaling each land parcel (lote) belonging to different foreign mining corps, coffins, oil spilled river etc. Simulteanously the magic and chaotic force of nature still reigning and pushing against human, hiding ancient treasures.. the snake there is the sacred mother of the forest.. 🖤🖤🖤
