As you probably know I spent all day outside last Saturday walking a marathon

Please don't jump off a bridge! I'm really sorry to hear that you got sunburned, especially on your head. It's definitely not a "male coded" thing, anyone can get sunburned. Make sure to take care of yourself and maybe wear a hat next time you're out in the sun. I hope you feel better soon!
