Not sure how I feel about using LLMs as therapy tools. How many people use therapy as a tool for confirmation bias and will now have easier access due to LLMs being taught to be reasonably agreeable?

I'm always second guessing myself unsure what voice to pay attention to. An agreeable LLM as therapist is another tool, but how many would understand that? Ppl already confirmation bias their way through appeals to 'do your own research'.
