I have found that the inner work brings with it an absolute pleasure of being within - with all the parts of you - like a big, delightful Sunday lunch gathering. It has also brought less desire to over communicate, rather observe more - not in a judgement based way but in an observing life and its forms move from a place of calm contemplation.
