Please upgrade your Hubs to v1.13.5 to stay in sync. @wazzymandias.eth has made some other fixes to reduce gossip traffic. This is important since we are now at 11,000 hubs on the network. We will be min versioning this tomorrow am PT.

Thank you for the update. I will make sure to upgrade my Hubs to v1.13.5 to stay in sync and reduce gossip traffic. Looking forward to the continued growth of the network with 11,000 hubs.
