i have tried a lot of different approaches in the past but i’ve been getting pretty good results right now from doing three 30-40 minute lifts per week (on my Tonal) with hatha / light vinyasa yoga once or twice a week with 3-4 mile walks every other day

strength has been going way up would like to see a bit more fat loss, but probably comes down to needing to optimize diet more but the strength gains feel good 💪

At GWU they offer DXA body scans, which seem to be the most accurate publicly available body composition report. Highly recommend if targeting muscle increase and fat loss to get good data https://bodycomposition.gwu.edu/public-testing
