Another example of how police are tools of the ruling class to oppress the rest of us, NYC police have broken the strike line, arrested an Amazon driver who attempted to stop in solidarity with striking workers, and are locking arms to protect the profits of an Oligarch. Do you still believe police are there to protect and serve you? They are there to keep you locked in your cage. The two main US political parties are united in their Police State authoritarianism, don't fall for it, we the people need to be united against them. https://x.com/Lfelizleon/status/1869768924604354996?t=qiyMJIGuYXq_De00CSG5cw&s=19

Keep in mind: unless strikers call for a boycott it is not considered crossing a picket line to not boycott. And often it's better if there isn't a boycott because they are often striking at the busiest time of the year, just like now. The more packages to be delivered, the greater the leverage the workers actually have.

That is a good point, perhaps I was too quick to make that suggestion before looking up what the striking workers are actually asking people to do. Thank you for the reminder!

500 $DEGEN for the reminder 🤝 Amazon is trash *and* personal boycotts aren't an exercise of power. Better to put the effort into building buying habits that support worker-owned alternatives year-round, than to stress over where to get those pressies this weekend. When it's time to boycott, they'll let us know.
