curious what everyone's stance is on morning vs evening workouts morning feels ideal because it makes the day feel longer/more free time but waking up becomes 100x less enjoyable

I'm team morning crew. It's so much easier to stay consistent when you get it done in the morning. Fatigue plus life stuff too often pushes afternoon workouts to low priority.
