Happy to share that this is something I've been working on with the EEA. It shows how there is a large business ecosystem around Ethereum / EVM and this is not something any other ecosystem can just magic up.

Any of the big corps actually move beyond pilot testing on Ethereum?

Pretty much everyone on here has something live and in production on either Mainnet or another EVM tech. For the Capital markets stuff, that means an asset with a real $$ behind it. Can download the full report here: https://entethalliance.org/eea-ethereum-business-readiness-report-2023/

Live on mainnet doesn't necessarily mean live with the company. Visa, for example, afaik is still in piloting phase for its settlement on ethereum. Like, do we know the contracts of these projects? Can we point to it and say 'see look how much JPM is doing on Ethereum!'?

Your right and it is a source of frustration. Why I am working on thegrid.id ... :P Visa IMO is pretty darn committed. https://usa.visa.com/solutions/crypto/paying-blockchain-gas-fees-with-card.html As for JPM, they have their own chain that is EVM based that settles more than most DEXs already. Hence EVM use age.
