Any advice on these rows? Too strict or not strict enough? Should I be standing up more before rowing or drop weight to keep level? 195 x 3

No real advice... Once I got around 200lbs x 5 I realized I was just cheating more and more to move the weight. That's one thing I don't like about bb rows. I'm sure these work, but when I moved to db rows, cable rows, machine rows, etc, my lats blew up (and less stress on low back)

I started doing them in a smith, I keep decently stable that way and have a mirror right in front of me to watch the motion. Cable rows felt just as easy to cheat without realizing it by leaning with the initial pull. I don't like the angle though when it drops, if I'm positioned to pull it up and back below my chest.
