(4-End) @dwr.eth Therefore, you’ll continue to face challenges if you address visible issues without starting from the core. It will take more time to discuss this thoroughly, but here are a few ideas for you to consider: - Focus on developing solutions for UIDs (KOLs/influencers/communities) that can optimize their value chain within their economy. - Build a foundational system where each entity can create loyalty and growth hacks for themselves (I believe focusing on membership, loyalty, etc., through coordinators would be effective). - Remember that you’re building a decentralized economy in the form of Social. The barrier I see is the rules. Try to shift from enforcing rigid rules to creating value-driven principles that motivate users. » Sometimes, you might have to compromise on conventional norms and community standards, allowing the community to decide those ruleseven the valuation of the value chain.

(3) Both of these platforms rely on recommendations primarily based on lookalike models. Telegram: A Third Type with Direct Demand Telegram is slightly different, focusing on direct demand. Its p2p growth stems from the need to connect p2q, making it well-suited for payment development within SocialFi. Its limitation is the inability to filter noise effectively without a recommendation experience, as it lacks customizable boards based on lookalike models. However, it grows quickly because it locks in users. The entity must independently build loyalty within its own community.

(2) Facebook: Horizontal and Vertical Structure Horizontal: Their structure follows a network model (horizontal), and their growth lies in simulating real-life networks. For example, the relationships of individual UIDs, which encourage users to build networks and strengthen their connections. Channels and influencers/KOLs, however, connect vertically (more accurately, through mass attention). » This represents a network that grows both horizontally and vertically, with its tipping point arising from users' needs to organically expand their real-life networks. X (formerly Twitter): Horizontal Structure with Intentional Attention Its structure is horizontal, emphasizing mass attention but with a focus on followership as an entity. This means users actively create attention and intent demand for themselves, making them more loyal to the platform. » This is an active horizontal network, where entities of interest can expand their influence vertically through algorithmic recommendations.

Hi @dwr.eth, (1) I’m replying to this message, which might not fully align with the context of this /cast, but I hope these thoughts will reach you. I sense that you’re seeking sustainable growth solutions by focusing on user retention. » I completely agree with this goal. Therefore, I’d like to discuss and clarify the structure of various social platforms and the reasons behind their growth. (Note: I will not focus on the commonly mentioned points; instead, I’ll delve deeper into the fundamentals.)

Stablecoin: Redrawing the Global Digital Payments Landscape “Stablecoins will 'swallow' the payments sector,” concluded a16z crypto when evaluating the growth potential of stablecoins. From small retail transactions to billion-dollar cross-border deals, stablecoins are increasingly solidifying their position on the global payments map. Low costs are among their greatest advantages: cross-border transfers using stablecoins can save up to 99% in fees compared to traditional channels.

Federal Reserve Governor Michelle Bowman supported recent interest rate cuts but stated that the December rate cut should be the "final step" in the easing process. She does not see the need for further rate reductions due to the significant risk of inflation returning. However, it should be noted that Michelle Bowman is often regarded as one of the most "hawkish" members of the FED. Other FED officials, including FED Chair Jerome Powell, have expressed opposing views to Bowman, suggesting that further rate cuts are necessary, albeit at a slower pace.

Hi @dwr.eth I believe the success of Warpcast stems from the success of small utilities in the form of dApps or plugins that can be directly used on social platforms, such as: - Game: casual games - AI Agent: serving as an assistant for P2P interactions or communities - Co-creation: collaboratively creating and building value Battle. - The keyword I want to emphasize is dApp on SocialFi and the sharing economy, optimal economy. >> We need to optimize the economy and encourage developers to build utilities while enabling them to see the value of their contributions. >> The main advantage lies in the ease of access to resources.

Here’s a summary of recent updates on the @base ecosystem as of December 30, 2024 Aerodrome's TVL Milestone: The decentralized exchange (DEX) Aerodrome has reached $1 billion in total value locked (TVL), accounting for over one-third of the Base network’s $2.5 billion TVL. This growth is attributed to its role as the leading liquidity provider on Base, leveraging automated market-making and staking functionalities. Rising Popularity of $ANON: The Base ecosystem has seen a surge in interest around $ANON, a token with zk+anonymity features. Its community-driven growth includes use cases like anoncast, an anonymous publishing application. The token's unique value narrative has garnered significant attention Integration of Key Applications: Base continues to host notable applications such as Aave and SushiSwap, positioning itself as a hub for decentralized finance (DeFi). This reflects Coinbase's strategic move towards decentralization, leveraging Ethereum layer-2 technolog. /base

Bitcoin remains weak at the start of the week, while altcoins have performed better over the past 7 days, but overall market liquidity is still weak. With only 2 days left until 2025, have you reviewed 2024 and made any plans for the new year yet?

#Identity is back on the radar, with whales reaccumulating throughout December. The last time this category saw action was July-September, followed by profit-taking. Now it’s making a quiet comeback. iCrypto fam, start digging into it while it’s still just $1B in whale portfolios 💵💵💵 (Just to remind: Dive into it before the crowd catches on, and start selling gradually when the buzz begins!)

Quick Market Update 24H 📊 (4AM UTC+0, Dec 27) Whales, SM, and SDT wallets are all staying cautious, with buy and sell volumes significantly lower than recent days, mostly $40K-$70K). As usual, SDT wallets continue to optimize profits daily, reacting quickly to market changes. They were bearish on the 25th before the market dropped by about 10%. Currently, they haven't regained a bullish short-term outlook.

Is Wintermute Back In Action With $GALA After 4 Months? 🤫 After 4 months of inactivity, 4 hrs ago, the $GALA project wallet sent 200K USDT and 65M GALA (~$1.6M) to wallet 0x625d7. (~ 0.2% Cir. Supply) 📌 ——— Wallet 0x625d7 was created 9 months ago, with the first transaction being the $GALA project transferring 150M $GALA (~$2.29M) and continuously sending large amounts over 6 months (10/2023 - 3/2024). After receiving these funds, wallet 0x625d7 always transferred them to the Wintermute wallet 0xdbf5 for direct distribution to CEXs (Binance, Kraken, etc.) or through intermediary wallets before reaching CEXs. The current price of $GALA is close to the price previously sent to Wintermute. Could this be a new price push contract? Watch $GALA here: https://icrypto.ai/ethereum/token/0xd1d2eb1b1e90b638588728b4130137d262c87cae ——— On Twitter, $GALA also announced a partnership with Animoca Brands to provide market liquidity. /onchain-blocks /onchaininsider

Abraxas Capital Moves ETH 1 hour ago, they transferred 32K $ETH ($111M) to Bitfinex. This morning, they mortgaged an additional 15K $ETH ($51M) to borrow $25M DAI, increasing their total collateral to 70K $ETH ($245M). In the afternoon, the 32K $ETH transferred to the exchange was part of the 70K $ETH collateral they used to borrow stablecoin $DAI on Spark. Before withdrawing a large amount of $ETH to transfer to the exchange, they also repaid part of the borrowed assets within less than 24 hours, totaling 28M $DAI. It's been quite a while since we've seen Abraxas Capital active again in Lending & Borrowing with such large amounts. Perhaps they are sensing something, which is why they are borrowing stablecoin at this time. After withdrawing 32K $ETH and repaying 28M $DAI, their current loan on Spark stands at: Collateral: 38K $ETH ($133M) Borrowed Assets: 62M $DAI Health Rate: 1.75 (quite risky)
