Been doing something similar:

I have a script checking a YouTube playlist every 5 minutes

New videos get transcript & metadata scraped into both a JSON file w/timestamps and a clean text file I can give to llms. 

I give all of the week’s transcripts to NotebookLM and get a podcast, study guide, timeline, glossary etc with instructions to find patterns, themes, uncommon knowledge, and differences of opinion.
