If more and more companies: - deploy their own chain withOP Stack L2 - have their own smart contract wallet with account abstraction aren't we just going back to centralization?

no, we are going back to the 90s, where geocities allowed anyone to deploy their "website" on the new "information highway". here we see an analogy: deploy your own chain.
