Made some lasagna! A nice lil hack we use to add some nutrition to the meal is to put some grilled zucchini between each layer. Can barely even tell it's there!

lasagna is basically just the noodles, cheeses and sauce, and we just add zucchini to the mix. blends right in :)

I cut it the long way, medium thickness, and give it a light sear. then put inbetween the layers of noodles with the cheese. full disclosure -- it doesn't add a ton from a flavor standpoint, it's mostly about the nutrition, but for me that's the whole point. when my mother in law adds mushrooms or spinach or something i notice it too much.
