the /powermonday channel is the Underground Railroad, the hosts are Harriet Tubman, and each week we get Dred Scott and Harriet Scott candidates to appeal for society to grant everyone equal treatment. "No Freedom of Reach" is freshman-dorm-room philosophy giving cover for appalling treatment of human beings

And yet, only Power Badge holders in that channel's Main feed. The system imposes its will and it requires eternal vigilance and pushback to work against it. 😜

hi, host of the channel here. after testing two mods unsuccessfully - and now working on a third - i had to turn off mod piece. warpcast simply gives you no way to turn off the main feed tab, which i requested from dwr. even if you auto-like every cast, they still apply an algo to main feed what are your suggestions?

Not sure, in particular since I don't know what you've tried. In fact, my point was that the default setup hides exactly those accounts you want to help and amplify. You could try to tell automod to curate everybody _without_ power badge, and then manually ban/cooldown those accounts that spam the channel.

Depending on the amount of volume you see, that may or may not be possible. Recruiting a few additional mods may help. Have you seen my post about setting up automod? https://paragraph.xyz/@clauswilke/farcaster-automod

and last comment -- i've been sending fairly regular updates to the channel letting them know we're tinkering with mod options and to use the recent tab. also send out instructions to turn off priority mode every week or so.
