Chopping up my own garnish spring onions from our back yard. Beauty of spring onions is that I just kept the bulb section of the bottom after using the retail ones, put them in soil and they just kinda look after themselves 😂 Toughest veggies ever… ネギ栽培。定期的に収穫してジップロックに封印!味の付け足しによし。

You can just grow a couple then to meet your needs. I have like 10 or so in pot plants and water then periodically. You could just have one or two of you want. Even if you don’t collect them, they just keep on growing lmao, so just collect at your leisure. Also they have an amazing shelf life if you pop the zip look in the freezer anyhow.
