There's still time to do this. -The rules explicitly stated you won't ban people unless they broke the t4t rule you set, yet here we are. This paragraph was just changed to "Yes" and applied retroactively, which sets an awful precedent. -McDegen was "approved" and allowed to exist for 5 months. Plus, the ban is quasi pointless because anyone contributing like this already got their tokens. Also, at least some of this was used to buy more degen to put in the vault. https://warpcast.com/jacek/0x1cd4a533 -Don't blame others for a bug in the code that no one knew was a bug. Suggestions: -Undo the mass ban -Put people on notice for next season -Ban blatant farmers -Ban or restrict McDegen contributions going forward -Gradually reduce allowances by 1M per month over the next 4 months to reduce allowance shock -Add bug bounties I think the vast majority of us understand some things needed to change, but this was not the way to handle it (imo). There's still time to fix this mess and rebuild those bridges.

I’m okay with the allowance reduction; it’s putting a curb on emissions; which works if (big if) there’s other aspects of the project helping to drive value and inherently price appreciation to the token. If token price continues to struggle then perhaps folks will continue to lose interest in tipping because it’s not worth it. Though could see a case fir scaled out emissions because folks locked under a different reward structure.

I completely understand reducing emissions. The math didn't math. I just think an 80% drop overnight is a tough pill to swallow, based on when they did this in previous seasons. A more gradual reduction - reducing by 1 mil for 4 seasons or 2 mil for 2 seasons - is a better approach. Just my opinion.
