Exactly my standpoint. If you set the rules, you should abide by them. Any adjustments should be announced and made effective moving forward not retroactively enforced.

I can’t think of a scenario where future rules are used to judge the present, so why should present rules be used to judge the past? It’s completely unfair and I’m deeply disappointed in the degen team for undermining their own community.

Trust is the foundation of any ecosystem moving the goalposts at the last minute only weakens it.

There are two main rules that got so many people banned: 
1. reciprocating the tips
2. Farming using mcdegen

In my opinion "reciprocating" one rule should be removed while the others those farmed used mcdegen should stay banned as it is pure farming and they clearly founded a loophole and manipulated the community and degen

Jacek advertised mcdegen. Im not a fan and didn't contribute once but he gave it his blessing. He could've just announced they were cutting off support or limiting contributions moving forward. Instead he did this.

He sure advertised it, and not everyone using this method is banned, but the ones who have more than 60 percent tips like that are banned only.
There was a rule that you have to reward quality casts and people who farmed using mcdegen took it as a loophole and farmed 100 thousands of degen.
I agree that there is also jaceks mistake he should have taken actions early in the season instead of waking up at last day buy now we can't let farmers escape.
Real ones didn't farmed using mcdegen and if they remove reciprocating rule I am pretty sure 95 percent of people will get unbanned, also I think this this rule is very unfair.
