It's a zucchini noodle kinda night 🥒🍝

I have yet to try these but have been meaning to! 

Any favorite recipes for using them to suggest?

My bad! It's pretty simple.
Spiralize the zucchini (or buy them pre spiralized)
Saute with some fresh garlic for several minutes
Drain excess water
Add sauce of choice
Saute a few more minutes
Toss in some basil
Top w shredded parm

Its a bit about mindset. If you're expecting it to taste like spaghetti you're setting yourself up for disappointment. But it's also still pretty good. I just saute up w some olive oil n garlic n mix in some sauce, basil, top w cheese. We made shrimp to go w it.
