Trump, X, right wing media, and his campaign spent four years insulting and belittling Biden for being old and forgetful. Not going to be surprised if they have quit the GOP. To be fair, it was true. he IS old and forgetful. Constantly forgets peoples names, where he is, etc. Which is fine for someone not the president.
