Surprising thing about making pho all the time is it’s not ruined restaurant pho for me. Mediocre pho is pho even. Everyone’s got their own way to make it and that’s cool (mine’s still better)

It's not a ton of work to make the broth every day? I've made ramen before but it's not as good as the places nearby. I've only "made" pho once but that was at some cooking class in Vietnam and i mostly just put the premade ingredients in a bowl so def doesnt count

ahhhh ok. seems like the type of things that if you do regularly it's easy to have all the ingredients n stuff but harder/more expensive to make for just one meal. i'll be on the lookout for your recipe though! 50 $degen
