Back to the point, are we in a bull market now?

1. Loose monetary environment.

We are now in the process of moving from monetary tightening to monetary easing, and are even still in a relatively tight stage. So in essence, we have not entered the stage of monetary easing. After all, interest rate cuts have been suspended.

Why is recession an opportunity? Because recession is the best solution to reduce inflation, almost without exception. The Federal Reserve often starts to cut interest rates quickly to deal with recession, and stops shrinking its balance sheet early to stimulate the economy, and starts expanding its balance sheet in the later stage of the rate cut. This is when the risk market rises sharply.
