I am ready to quit my phone. My motivation is to improve my effectiveness in, and enjoyment of, life. I am confident it will be net beneficial to remove my phone as the crutch to which I default my attention in lieu of anything else occupying it in a given moment. PHONE RULES:

ClearSpace app makes me do push up to earn screen time. Pretty effective deterrent.
