It’s incredible to me, how much effort went into the ads and illustrations back then. Maybe it’s just that we don’t see a lot of illustration and design done by hand now? And back then computer graphics were limited and expensive? Or maybe because the tech industry was new and had huge potential for profits, so more care was put into these tech illustrations?

Idk. But it seems like way more artistic effort was put into this stuff than into most advertising now. And there’s an overwhelming amount of it 🤯
