We got busted! In our hands was the weapon of the crime — a golf club. For a while, we had this silent standoff with the security guards. But one of them — I think he was the boss — started yelling at us.
I don’t know why, but we found it hilarious, and at some point, we just couldn’t hold it in anymore and burst out laughing. That really pissed him off. The other two guards were just standing off to the side, saying nothing.
The angry one kept shouting, definitely threatening us, though we only understood bits and pieces... and we just stood there like idiots, laughing our heads off. 😄
He grabbed the golf club from my friend and started trying to bend it — he was that mad. But we realized that if he could’ve done something to us, he already would have. And us laughing only made it worse.
Not that we were trying to mock him — it just kind of happened.
After bending the club, he called us some not-so-nice names (we did know those Spanish words 😅) and walked off. So we just went home. 1 reply
