The high activity on Solana is mostly due to dumb luck. SOL dumped to $8 on the FTX implosion and its rebound transferred a lot of money to a lot of SOL believers. That wealth effect spun up activity on the best thing Solana has: a memecoin casino. Just wait until ETH pumps and wealth effect flows into the much more diverse ecosystem of projects on Ethereum and its L2s.
