Well that was my weekend. Hope everyone has a good one.
A friend of ours is Galician, he made us a typical Queimada which is a distilled spirit made from the grape spiced with coffee beans, orange peel and sugar then lit on fire. It was very nice, perfect to warm you up on a damp winters day.
