Just watched the Codex video. Makes a lot of sense being able to run them async on servers so you can have multiple coding agents to manage. There was about a three year period in my time at Google where I was just writing specs, delegating takes to Sr. SWEs and reviewing their code. With Codex I'd be doing the same except with AI instead of humans.
