@base on the streets of koh yao noi (got caught by the police for driving without a helmet, ended up talking about currency and why no digital penetration on the island) - the islands pretty non travel native yet, most people accept cash (other than 7-eleven) - couple (< 4) currency exchange stations - one bank - 3/4 ATMs while tourists here increase each passing day, random thoughts to get 20 creators here, getting people onchain imagine, 20 creators, an island with barely 10km of main roads one shop / service provider / currency exchanger at a time - we onboard them to enable crypto payments Use cases can be enormous: - from money exchanger (imagine how lower your exchange uncertainty would become) - shops get easier and faster payments (one hiccup is they’re very cash native, friction to onboard is high) - easier transactions for visitors (and lesser hassle to convert their ISD to Bhat cash) - overall, earning for the business owners increase (if they stake, re-stake etc) wdyt?
