Here are some of the concepts I have so far: Focus on relationships & listening: Simply aiming to deliver the best product at the right price at the right time is not enough Trust is your most valuable asset: Gaining trust is hard and takes time, losing it is easy and can happen in an instant Your company's culture isn't what you say it is…It's what you tolerate: Every decision, or lack thereof, shapes your team's culture Serendipity happens when you're in motion: Keep moving/going even when you are unsure
