A well-designed meeting is magic. It has, generally: - a clear agenda - tension on the table - a start + stop (both on time) If you and/or your team dread meetings, it’s not the meeting’s fault.

I wouldn’t be mad about a meeting also having a clear goal (maybe that’s on the agenda) and the agenda being sent in advance with pre reads (if appro) so everyone comes prepped and ready to rock
