my goal is to be at a point where i can constantly tank bad deals no more negotiating to get a good deal. i want the ability to see a 7k/month apartment run by a firm, no friendly landlord or super or whatever, and pay the full thing without issue not that i would do it all the time. just want the ability to

That’s the real flex, not needing to ask ‘can I afford it?’ Just do “I want it” We will get there some day.
