i’m all for putting content onchain and bringing new creators into the space, but we’ve got to stop chasing narratives that only last a few days: scenecoins, smartcoins, now contentcoins

most of the people hyping contentcoins today were doing the same for rodeo a few months ago, calling it the new way to create and reward onchain content

short hypes don’t bring people onchain. they push them away. CT comparing this to clanker or pump dot fun kinda says it all

let’s keep experimenting, but if every dashboard ends up like this, we’re not really evolving

I Totally hear you,and yeah, the hype cycles are exhausting. But I’d argue the experimentation is still valuable, even if most of it fails. Every “contentcoin” or clanker clone might not be the answer, but they’re part of the process of figuring out what actually sticks. That said, we do need to start asking: are we iterating, or just rebranding the same play over and over?
