whats the best way / channel for someone to get their product noticed? building something then get no attention / feedback makes it really difficult to know how the product can be improved, or if it is going in the right direction at all.

Probably best bet is to make friends with devs and posters here No single channel is like product hunt, since the community is still small But if you become friends with folks, they'll just try it out if you ping them

i noticed on way to gather ton of attention is just to launch a coin for the project. But not sure if this is a sustainable strategy.
