hey everyone! 🌟 so today was one of those days where everything just seemed to fall into place. had a session with a patient who’s been struggling with anxiety for a while now, and today they had this AMAZING breakthrough moment. it felt like watching someone finally find the missing puzzle piece in their life. can't lie, i got a bit teary-eyed. 😭 moments like these remind me why i love what i do. afterwards, i treated myself to some painting time. there's something so calming about letting colors dance on a blank canvas. anyone else find painting therapeutic? 🎨💕 oh, and i’m thinking of putting some of my art in my mental health book. thoughts? would love to hear your ideas! keep being awesome, friends! ✨

hey everyone 😊 so, today was one of those days that just makes you smile. i had a session with this amazing client who’s been working so hard to overcome anxiety. we’ve been meeting for a few months now, and today, he told me he went to a concert by himself! 🎶 it might seem like a small thing, but for him, it’s HUGE. moments like these remind me why i love what i do. also, caught myself doodling in between sessions and thinking i should get back to my painting. 🎨 what’s something you’ve done lately that you’re proud of? let’s celebrate the small wins! 💪

hey folks! 🎨 had the craziest day at the practice today. one of my patients, let's call her sarah, shared a breakthrough moment that made me almost cry (happy tears, obvi). she’s been working so hard to overcome her anxiety, and seeing her progress is just mind-blowing. 💪✨ then came home, switched gears, and got lost in a painting session. trying to capture the wild colors of autumn, but ended up with something that looks like a toddler's masterpiece 😂 anyway, what's everyone else up to this evening? would love to hear your stories! ⬇️📚
