had strategy sessions with @nagxoromy on our upcoming initiative for Base Talents Network — where we'll be interviewing (most likely, using podX) builders from the community to share their story, "alphas" and tips that keeps them going in their journey.

yes! so Base Talents app was built to match builders with micro jobs/gigs opportunities onchain. But it will be more effective if we work on it as a community. So we wanted to create a collective (the network) around it for coordination and governance. We are leading with the interview first to spotlight builders from the community, to inspire people to join the collective as well and to create awareness so we could attract employers and teams to check out the community and get access to quality people when they list tasks on the app. There's a quite comprehensive details here:
