i commit to chest day tomorrow. i may not be able to run a 4 minute mile but i’ll be damned if i can’t lift some heavy weights + Dumbbell Incline Press: 4x6-8 @ 75lbs + Overhead Press: 4x8 + Chest Press: 3x10 + Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 3x12 + Dips: 3x12
