We need an open registry of kyc attestations for on-chain addresses. This should be governed by a trusted 3rd party org (non-profit foundation) via EAS or Allo. Fractal.id is a closed registry solution.

I don't think Coinbase is the right candidate to lead this. They're supposedly the trusted org as well as the on-chain verifier. Everything is done thru Coinbase.
