FAM WE MADE IT!!! NYC Brooklyn Half marathon in the books. Got my second goal of sub 2 hours 😎

Felt good from a cardio perspective but that calf tightness from yesterday turned into a bad stabbing pain at mile 4 and only got worse 😖

Now for a nice rest, rehab and planning for the next challenge 😊

24.04.28 - Aaww for the first time since I started my daily casts I missed by a couple hours. Had ran a half marathon and got busy so it slipped 😖

This is Farcon week! If this is anything like the first it’ll be a really great time. Really excited for what we have planned.
