Lately have been doing a squat pyramid as part of leg day to build strength. Got to 355lbs at the peak. Here’s my squat pyramid: - 265 x12 - 315 x9 - 355 x4 - failed on the 5th 🙃 - 355 x4 - 335 x6 - 315 x9 - 285 x12 Anyone else doing lifting ladders/pyramids?
