It isn’t healthy to an extent as the people searching for it, don’t have the social capacity that most of us have, or they don’t know *how* to socialize, so this is there best option.

Most SWers call this a girlfriend experience, but with YouTube you don’t have to talk, you can just post a video of you doing an activity & get $ for those specific views. Smart on their part.

But if it helps them currently until they hopefully find someone they connect with, it’s a healthier option vs going to self harm avenues
