I love Figma, but I'm still waiting on a lot of basic features, such as: - components with editable regions in an instance (eg. A card component with ability to contain other components, at instance level - like an array) - ability to create a nested colour variable with opacity ( eg. $newColor = $color - 90% ) Etc.

Last week. I deactivated my Twitter account, and I must admit, I feel much happier since leaving the NFT community. Iā€™m not sure Iā€™ll ever go back.

Personally, I value my data more than ~Ā£5, so I love it even more when hotspots advertise free wifi then ask you for your personal data in exchange, as if itā€™s trivial and not at all valuable.

Something hard for me to grasp is how so few influencers/projects take SIM swap risk seriously. You can make posts that get millions of impressions yelling at people to use a security key instead of linking a phone number for 2FA and they still will not listen. https://x.com/zachxbt/status/1694326221511794706

Iā€™d rather see a hybrid selector similar to LinkedIn. Sometimes I love a cast, sometimes I agree with it, sometimes I find it insightful, sometimes I dislike.

Iā€™ve been using Bitwarden and I canā€™t imagine using anything else. I also love the built in password/email generators and 2FA integration.

5/5 Collectively we must embrace the idea that AI wonā€™t necessarily take our jobs but could enhance our workflow if we use it rightšŸ’” Donā€™t get scared, get excited.

It has been the way for centuries (printers, cars, mechanical tools, etc., were all cutting edge at some point in history).

3/* Since itā€™s the power behind these tools that are generating the visuals behind the art we see plastered everywhere daily, in a fraction of the time it would take to recreate it by hand (which, by the way, is how art got done before computers were a thing).
