Women of Web3

there is no single flight with only women since the first one of the history by the sovietic Valentina Tereshkova in 1963 

to be honest, she is one of my heros and what she achieved cannot be imitated unless you send someone to Saturn and come back with life ;)

This is a phenomenal achievement.  The first female only flight since 1963. 

This should be implemented in other fields as well. Women should be allowed to work together trusted under the supervision of a female manager. This creates a supportive environment where they can collaborate freely, and uplift one another. With the right support, women can thrive, breaking barriers in various industries leading to a more inclusive and productive workforce.
