I think there are two main parts that we should consider, the first one is to keep the channel engaging, rewarding and exciting, it can’t be done through daily or weekly competitions with different themes, encourage casters to go on streaks and cast daily.
The second part which I think is more important and less focused on, is to make quality casters feel welcome, even if they are not big accounts with large amounts of followers. Every quality caster should feel acknowledged by the host, it would definitely build a sense of loyalty and connection and make for a well structured circle. And it’s not even that hard to make bonds in channels because they’re categorized. It just need a little effort and time from the host.
