Question: If a Safe wallet contract is created with gas paid for by tainted funds (e.g. Tornado Cash), but funds going in/out of the Safe wallet are otherwise untainted, do the funds going out also get tainted?

What if the signers on a Safe are from tainted addresses?

I would argue that you can safely say that it is coming from two different addresses or even more regarding the untainted activity, therefore they should prove that those wallets have committed a crime. But that's coming from someone that knows nothing about law 😃
