planes are the worst, there's basically zero fresh air for two ~30min segments of the flight (boarding, pressurizing, and landing/deplaning).

i haven't planed without a mask since covid, and it has been the best move ever (used to feel shitty after every flight, now i consistently feel fine).

HVAC is off during boarding/deplaning, and pressurizing means stale air does not get ejected (only new air is added).

I have CO2 charts of several flights, it's upwards of 3500 PPM for about 45-60min of a 4-5hr flight.

there's actually plenty of fresh air flowing in btw, just not as much as we'd expect
