want to know one of the dumbest facts about me?

i’m one of those people that are extra sensitive to colours, and probably see more colours than almost anyone—but i didn’t actually know my real eye colour until very recently

if you want more dumb facts let me know and maybe i’ll make it into a series 🙏🏻

with increased colour sensitivity, what has been your experience with different display panels/monitors? are there any that are particularly good/bad? oled?

honestly, there’s no way for me to win this game without going insane so i don’t even try. i used to care more (calibrated monitors etc) but it’s just another form of perfectionism to me, and it’s extremely frustrating when your stuff only looks good on your own calibrated monitor in your dark room

for prints and other physical art i care a lot more, but even then literally every person will see the art differently so i can’t stress about it too much 

one of my biggest collectors has partial colourblindness and it has been helpful to hear his perspective. there’s luckily a lot more to the art than colour accuracy
