i can’t stop laughing about this, but totally randomly and not related to my online posts, i’m being gifted a series of EMDR sessions i didn’t do anything whatsoever to make this happen. it started out as a random encounter at a post office that escalated somehow, and literally all i had to do was say yes to it i didn’t really feel like getting professional EMDR because of how expensive it is, but the universe conspired!
